Due to the overwhelming public outreach about this Comprehensive Area Plan (CAP), the COGCC has done something unusual – they have opened up a preliminary public comment period for this CAP. This speaks volumes to the energy that all of you have put into this effort to make our voices heard.

Some caveats, these comments would be separate from the formal public comment periods for rule 314.f. As a result, the team believes it is best to collect comments and resubmit them during the official comment period. This way if life happens you can count on your comments being officially entered by the STAR team.

We have included the COGCC portal below, but we do highly recommend using our portal so members don’t have to worry about getting their comments entered officially.
